On the Long Weekend in March this year Loch will be proudly celebrating 150 years since settlement.
This will involve a book Launch of past history and recent events, unveiling of a commemorative memento, a night at the Loch Hall with a small play dedicated to Loch’s history and a bit of trivia with supper, a reunion of ‘Young Farmers’ clubs for a day of fun at the reserve, a combined church service and a school get together.
Sunday, the Loch market and feature displays of old machinery and memorabilia. The hall and bowling club will remain open with historic photo displays running throughout the weekend.
The celebrations will conclude on Monday with a school reunion and gathering.
All public facilities and shops will be open to help facilitate a great weekend of memories.
