Our favourite riverboat chic rock-n-roller Pokey LaFarge is back at Meeniyan Town Hall this May, this time with his band and ready to share his latest offering, Rhumba Country, serving up flavours of mambo, Tropicália, rocksteady, and mid-century American rock-and-roll.
Demand for Pokey’s sold-out show on 10th May was overwhelming, so a 2nd show has been added on Sunday 11th May. It’s a matinee, with doors opening at 2pm and show at 3pm. A great way to spend a lazy Sunday (Mother’s Day) afternoon.”
