Make a batch of macarons and their fillings from scratch. Guest will learn to make Italian meringue, chocolate ganache and fruit paste centre. Fill and finish your batch of macarons to take home, along with a Jacican Macaron recipe booklet.

Guests will make berry, chocolate salted caramel, peppermint crisp and strawberry bubble-gum macarons. If there are more than four guests, the number of flavours of macarons that guests will make will expand!

This class will take up to six guests, with the price per guest. 

My macaron class is hands-on. Together, you will make all the macarons from scratch, then wrap and package them to take home to share with me to help you along the way!

This class is suitable for beginners to advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. 

Saturday 16th December. 1pm to 4pm. Cost: $135 per person (everything supplied). Although please wear closed-toe shoes.
