The idea of this event, is for like-minded people to meet and have a run or walk then perhaps enjoy the local cafes and galleries afterwards. You may even find some training partners to help motivate and encourage each other.
There is no registration, no cost and no prizes. Runners remain responsible for their well-being and safety at all times. If you have any injuries, seek advice from your GP before taking up running.
The next event will be held on Sunday 12th March in conjunction with the Prom Coast Festival, starting at Foster. Run/Walk starts at 8.30am, briefing from 8.15am.
