At our home on Clarence Street you’ll find artist studios, food trucks, a tiny bakery, pop ups and events.
In Studios 1 & 2, artists are busy working away in light filled spaces:
Studio 1 – Lucy Hersey is the Director of On Clarence and also a Painter. Primarily landscapes using natural materials. You can see Lucy’s work on her website, or follow her on Instagram

Just a Teaspoon micro bakery offers cakes to die for, toasties and event catering. Maddi is open Thursday to Monday 7:30am-1pm.
Little Boy Brew is the courtyard. Greg is in his Vintage Coffee caravan, Monday – Saturday, 7am-12 noon.
