The Space
Tucked down a quiet country lane in Berry’s Creek (a tiny, one-horse community between Mirboo North and Leongatha in South Gippsland). Dufflebird Farm is a peaceful escape to slow down, breathe fresh air, and savour a touch of classic farm life.
A treelined driveway leads to an established garden dotted with fruit trees, setting the tone for a stay that’s all about open skies, quiet moments, and fresh air.

The Home
This modern-federation house is filled with natural light, soaring 3.3 m ceilings, hardwood floors, and veranda on three sides — perfect for morning coffee or a golden-hour wine.
Living & Kitchen:
Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opening to the deck and veranda. Well-equipped kitchen with central island, walk-in pantry, Falcon gas stove, dishwasher, and basic provisions (tea, coffee, olive oil, spices)
Cozy firebox wood heater (wood provided) and hydronic heating throughout, plus split-system reverse-cycle cooling in the main living area
Bedrooms & Sleeping:
Master: queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite
Second: double bed
Third: king single/small double with writing desk
Sleeps 5 comfortably, additional guests possible on request
