The open plan living/dining/kitchen space is spacious, and sun lit, with high ceilings and glass sliding doors out to the large front deck and garden.
With ample bench space for preparation and conversation, the kitchen offers a ceramic cooktop, wall oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher.
The extendable dining table comfortably sits 6, whilst the outdoor setting and bar stools further accommodate additional guests.
There is a TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, feature wood fireplace and a CD player/radio all provided for guests’ comfort and enjoyment.
Bedding configuration offers something for everyone! With a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a set of bunks plus a single bed in the second bedroom. Separating them is a large wet-room style bathroom providing walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunk beds and a single bed.
Linen and towels are provided for the comfort of our guests.
The second bathroom also has a large corner shower, vanity and toilet. There is a laundry at the front of the home with a top loading washing machine, clothes horse and outdoor clothesline.
The beautifully maintained garden is fenced from the street at the front, but the property is not fully fenced at the sides and rear, making it unsuitable for pets.
