A delightful 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom home, our Beach Side Retreat offers the ideal accommodation for couples, families and groups seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat, just moments from the picturesque beaches of Sandy Point.
Located in secluded Sandy Point, just 200km from the CBD, Beach Side Retreat is the idyllic location; ample facilities and convenience to the entire South Gippsland make it the perfect base for a holiday any time of year. With activities to suit all types of weather and interests, you are certain to have a great time with everything on offer here.
The House is positioned on a spacious, surrounded by native trees and wildlife. The modern beach house features sunny light-filled living areas that open out onto a large outdoor deck with seating for 8, and a gas Weber BBQ. There is a large indoor dining area and a well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.
The three bedrooms and shower-room comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 queen size beds and 2 King single beds in total. The living area has comfortable seating with TV. Board games are also available for guests to enjoy.
Longer stays are made easier with the washing machine/ironing facility. Pets are welcome; however are not permitted indoors. The fencing around the property is adequately secure for dogs. There is parking to the front of the property for 2 cars and a hot outside shower for the convenience of beach goers and surfers/windsurfers to wash down before heading inside.
The Picturesque Sandy Point beach is an easy 3-minute walk away at Ned Neales with the patrolled beach 10 minutes’ walk from the house, opposite the General Store.
