A sister town of Port Welshpool, Welshpool is an inland town located on the A440 South Gippsland Highway between Toora and Yarram.

Welshpool is a great place to stop on your way to the seaside hamlets of Port Welshpool and Port Albert, or the lush rainforests of the Tarra Valley and Tarra Bulga National Park.
