Wilsons Promontory Lightstation was built in 1859 from local granite on a narrow peninsula jutting into the wild waters of Bass Strait.
Starting at the Lilly Pilly carpark, this walk enables you to see a glimpse of the Prom’s interior. Travelling through heathland, eucalypt forest and a boardwalk through magical, warm temperate rainforest.
*PLEASE NOTE - Limeburners Track (Cape Liptrap Coastal Park) is currently closed due to a significant landslip. A short walking track that links Walkerville North and South via the majestic remnants of the Walkerville lime kilns.
